These terms apply to professional services offered by VectorPilot Software Consulting Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201957862K), 27, Orchard Road, 238858 Singapore. Director: Lim Jia Hui.

Services

We provide project-based programming consulting focused on application performance optimization. Each engagement is defined in a separate statement of work that lists deliverables, fees, timelines, and acceptance criteria. Website content is informational and does not itself form a contract.

Inquiries

Submitting the contact form does not obligate either party. Proposals are valid for the period stated in writing. Work begins after you accept a statement of work and any required deposits are received.

Client responsibilities

You will provide timely access to systems, documentation, and decision-makers needed for the agreed scope. Delays caused by missing access may shift milestones.

Intellectual property

Unless the statement of work states otherwise, you own deliverables created specifically for you once fees for that milestone are paid. We retain rights to general know-how, templates, and pre-existing tools.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public information shared during an engagement. Confidentiality survives termination as described in the statement of work.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, our aggregate liability arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
