VectorPilot Software Consulting Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through vectorpilot.digital. This policy is framed under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), as amended.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message content. We also store your cookie consent choice in your browser’s local storage (see our Cookie notice).

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data solely to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform contracts you enter with us. Consent is obtained through your deliberate form submission. We process data based on consent and legitimate interests in answering business inquiries.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for legal claims or active contracts. Consent preferences remain until you clear site data or change your choice via the banner.

Protection and accuracy

Access to inquiry data is limited to personnel who need it for scoping work. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards on systems that store messages forwarded from our same-domain form handler.

Do Not Call Registry

If you provide a Singapore telephone number, we will not send telemarketing messages unless you have given clear consent or an applicable exemption applies.

Data breaches

If we assess a data breach as notifiable under PDPA, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission as soon as practicable and no later than three calendar days after that assessment, and we will inform affected individuals when significant harm is likely.
