Performance engagements

Each engagement is a standalone programming consulting project. We do not sell subscription tiers or anonymous downloadables — scope, fees, and delivery dates are agreed in writing before profiling or code changes start.

Discovery and baselines

We review your architecture diagram, traffic shape, and existing dashboards. Together we pick success metrics: p95 latency on named routes, error budgets, GC pause times, or warehouse query durations. Discovery is billed as its own milestone when you approve the statement of work.

Deep-dive profiling

Depending on the stack, we use continuous profilers, distributed traces, and load replay against sanitized fixtures. Findings are ranked by customer-visible impact, not micro-optimizations that shave milliseconds off internal admin tools.

Implementation pairing

High-risk fixes are implemented with your engineers on shared branches. We document rollback steps and performance tests that must pass before merge. Lower-risk configuration changes include runbooks your on-call team can follow.

Handover

You receive a written report, patch references, and a short readout call. Optional follow-up windows can be quoted separately if new regressions appear after major releases.

Commercial terms

Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars per milestone. Because each system differs, we do not publish fixed packages on this site. Invoices are issued according to the payment schedule in your signed agreement.
